I ordered this because the so-called "compatible" cartridge I previously bought mysteriously died with at least half the toner still in it. After research I learned that there's a chip inside every toner cartridge that's supposed to track the number of pages, and stop use of it when the number of pages is reached. Looks like the compatible cartridge wasn't compatible enough! So I ordered the OEM 2500 page capacity cartridge. It arrived quickly, worked right out of the box, and I am confident will work until the end of its cycle. OEM is the way to go!

The price is right. The item was shipped quickly. No problems experienced. Samsung products are generally good. I used the original printer cartridge for more than a year.
